Using AI Chatbots in Content Marketing

Post by hmonower921 »

The use of chatbots, which, based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms, are able to imitate a conversation with a user. On the one hand, they optimize customer service costs, reducing the need for interaction with a consultant to a minimum, on the other hand, they allow you to handle an increasingly wide range of issues. During a conversation with a bot, we can order a taxi, flowers and place an order at a restaurant. Using Messenger on Facebook, we can also send offers and promotional materials.

Social media, thanks to artificial intelligence, are able to personalize the message and content not only for groups with similar interests, but above all for individual users. Analyzing dozens and estonia whatsapp lead hundreds of variables, they are able to predict with great probability what the user will want to comment on, what to mark with a 'like', and what to hide. It is the algorithms that ensure the accuracy of advertising results in social media, thanks to which we relatively often receive information related to our activity on the network.

Prediction, or rather intelligence based on it, means that as marketers we can optimize advertising costs by selecting content, the right target and time. This of course has a big impact on the effectiveness of lead scoring. They allow you to speed up sales processes and indicate customers who are ready to convert based on the analysis of their previous behavior. Algorithms also help match content to individual stages of the customer journey. Knowing where a (potential) customer is, the algorithm can select and share the most engaging message at a given moment.

Brand and user experience, AI in Content Marketing
When building a strong brand, we remember how important user experience is . And in this case, bots are becoming more and more active. I have already mentioned Siri and Cortana several times on the blog. Both solutions are very intelligent. They learn from conclusions drawn from questions asked by the user, and as a result, they are able to suggest solutions. An even more advanced bot is Watson (IBM).

During a conversation, Watson communicates in a human- like manner , both verbally and through instant messaging. It learns, analyzes the conversation, and interacts on an ongoing basis. An example would be when we are interested in reporting a problem to a mobile operator – instead of filling out a standard form, we can summarize the issues in a few words and expect immediate interaction. The bot will not only answer the question, but will also direct the user to information resources and materials that may prove useful in the future.
