Let's start with the onboarding process:
1. Log in to your Callbell account .
2. In the “ Connect your channels ” section, click on “WhatsApp Cloud”.
3. On the right, click “Add Channel”.

4. Choose a name for the channel and then click the “Connect your WhatsApp Business account” button.
5. A pop-up window will then open, log in with the Facebook account that has administrator access to the Meta Business you wish to use, then continue by clicking on “Get Started”.

6. Select the Meta Business Manager you want to use and click “Next”.

7. Select or create your WhatsApp Business account, then tap “Next”.

8. Complete your WhatsApp Business API account information.

9. Verify WhatsApp phone number via SMS or phone call, then tap “Next”.

10. Accept the requested permissions, then click “Continue”.
11. Press “Finish”.
12. The pop-up window will close and the form should say “WhatsApp Business Account connected” , now tap “Connect” to finalize the connection to the channel.
