The in-depth interaction we had to close Q3'24 was key. We analyzed what worked, what didn't, and what we are going to improve.

Resilience: the team's driving force
What excites me most is the team's resilience. Despite the difficult moments, the effort was worth it and we were able to overcome adversity.

This process not only raised our goals, but also the team's commitment. I now feel that we are much more aligned and stronger as a team.

Market connectivity and commercial aggressiveness were key. Every Squadron knows what an almost impossible mission we are working on.

They are people chosen not only for their talent, but for their attitude, desire and conviction to maximize value and learning every day.

This Q3 left us with some great lessons. The true strength of a team is not korean boy whatsapp number measured by the hours worked or by immediate successes, but by the ability to overcome adversity and continue fighting even harder.

Even though it has been a tough quarter, it has prepared us for what is coming.

When things get complicated, that's where values are put to the test.

We know who we are and how we act in bad times. It is very complex to be a high-performance team and it is key to be 100% aligned with the vision and values on which we are building.

Several Culture meetings arose. We received many questions that speak of the Squaders' interest in deepening their understanding of what we are building.

We are on a nearly impossible mission to build 20 B2B SaaS companies, so everyone has to give their all to reach their full potential as a team. Something inspired by the Navy Seals and made visible through the “Build in Public” policy to inspire the ecosystem to generate greater trust.
