And, as a leader, it is up to you to provide tools to maintain constant communication during working hours. There are many online tools that offer the possibility of communicating instantly, using shared calendars and working simultaneously on the same document. Encourage the use of platforms that are useful for the activities that are taking place and organize alignment activities for your team:
they can be group calls to work together on a project or periodic vk data meetings. Keep these channels always active so that your collaborators can always benefit from them positively.
Define processes and goals.
Every worker needs defined goals towards which to direct their productive efforts to avoid wasting energy in useless operations. But clear goals are even more important if we talk about Smart Working: in the office you can receive tasks to do at any time while remotely the worker must organize himself autonomously without supervision.
