According to a study conducted by Eurofound, in many countries such as the USA, Finland, Japan, Sweden and the Netherlands Smart Working is already widespread, while Italy is in last place with the lowest percentage of remote workers.
However, even in our country there are signs of change in this sense: in the Jobs Act, law 81/2017, has in its text “Measures for the protection of non-entrepreneurial self-employment and measures aimed at promoting flexible articulation in the times and places of subordinate work”.
