Extracurricular Activities: (Optional)
Disciplinary Records: (Optional, with careful consideration of privacy)
Date of Leaving/Graduation: (If applicable)
2. Setting Up the Excel Sheet:

Open Microsoft Excel.
Create Column Headers: In the first row of your sheet, enter the column names you decided on in step 1. Make sure the names are clear and concise (e.g., "Student ID," "First Name," "Program").
Format Headers: You can format the band data headers to make them stand out (e.g., bold, different color).
Enter Student Data: Starting from the second row, begin entering the information for each student in the corresponding columns.
Data Validation (Optional but Recommended):
Select a column (e.g., "Gender").

Click on "Data Validation."
In the "Settings" tab, choose "List" from the "Allow" dropdown.
In the "Source" field, enter the allowed values (e.g., Male, Female, Other). This helps ensure data consistency.
You can apply similar validation rules for other columns like "Enrollment Status" or "Program."
Formatting Data: Format the data in each column appropriately (e.g., "Date of Birth" as a date format, "GPA" as a number with decimal places).
