New version of notifications
Now when you enter the section"Notifications"you will see two tabs, one of which is labeled "Notifications version 2". At the moment, the tab's title contains a modest inscription "beta" - it reminds us that only the first update of the two we have planned has been released. The second part of the new functionality, if the stars align, will be released in December.
You can copy the notification to the new version with one click. But be careful when transferring notifications - due to changes in the composition of parameters and filters, the transfer will not be correct in all situations, it is better to check manually.
Custom notification templates
The format settings will become more flexible. Now you can decide what information about events you want to receive.
The screenshot above shows our preview mode, which fills the configured template with test data so you can understand what format the notification information will arrive in.
In general, you will have a rich set of parameters for customizing the templates themselves. How to work with them? Add them as variables, in place of which the current information about the event will be substituted.

The logic of events in the previous version of notifications had its own specifics — events were considered from the point of view of our platform. Thus, for example, the event "Incoming call" meant an incoming call to the platform, and the event "Outgoing call", respectively, vice versa. In the new version of notifications, we have retained this logic of events, but renamed the events themselves: now the event "Incoming call" from the old version corresponds to the event "Incoming shoulder" in the new version of notifications. The same is true for the event "Outgoing call" — it corresponds to the event "Outgoing shoulder" in the new version of notifications. To make it clearer, we have drawn the logic of shoulder and ringing notifications on the following diagram:
