Brainstorming Methodologies Definition
Brainstorming , which literally means “brain storm”, is a creative technique consisting of collecting ideas from all members of a team with the aim of bringing out the best ones, using the creativity of all the people involved, spontaneously and without filters .
This technique is based on the concept that ideas do not arise from nothing, but come to life from other ideas and information, which must therefore be shared. Therefore, creativity arises from knowledge, so the flow of information and ideas from other people are the basis of the creative process rcs data originated by brainstorming.
Brainstorming can be implemented using a single methodology, which however can be adapted to the various situations in which it is used .
This methodology includes the following moments:
Quick collection of spontaneously born ideas: at this moment the team members share their thoughts without any order or logic behind them, after which each proposal is collected without further investigation or censorship so that it can be reworked at a later time.
